LANCE founded Xtreme Hygiene in 2016 following a successful past in the commercial sanitation industry. Starting in 2010 Lance joined the Swisher Hygiene franchise system, a family business. Lance worked for six years through multiple acquisitions, holding several leadership and executive roles. Lance had the idea of building a sanitation business, he quickly grew this idea into a thriving company.

As the CEO of Xtreme Hygiene, Lance is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business. His role encompasses operations, sales, marketing, and training, ensuring that they have a high standard of service and client satisfaction. Lance takes pride in being actively involved in every facet of his organization to drive success and growth.

Born and raised in South Texas, Lance traded in the country life after meeting his wife and moving to Dallas. Now, his world revolves around his three kids – every weekend is filled with soccer, basketball, Boy Scouts, taking his kids hunting and helping out at church. When he gets the chance, Lance still loves to travel down south to visit family, relive his country days and explore the Frio River with his wife and kids.
